Aquent is partnering with a major HealthTech company to hire a Staff Product Designer for a Temp-to-Perm opportunity. You will own the end-to-end design of large, service-rich mobile features for a consumer-facing digital health platform, with potential for conversion to permanent employment.

This role requires a seasoned designer with 10+ years in mobile product design, a strong portfolio, and mastery of Figma or Sketch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional product design experience focused on consumer-facing mobile apps.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing high-craft visual and interaction design for complex mobile products.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Demonstrated ability to own and drive large end-to-end design initiatives from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for large consumer-facing mobile features from ideation to high-fidelity UI.
• Own user research, wireframes, prototyping and high-craft interaction design for health experiences.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Present design rationale and decisions to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Incorporate user feedback, data insights, and mobile design best practices into iterations.
• Proactively identify design challenges and propose AI-enhanced workflow improvements.
