Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certificate required.
• Five years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 3 years in PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures and put patients at ease while drawing blood.
• Provide coverage at multiple locations and manage daily activities across sites.
• Lead and coach on-site PSR; mentor new staff and onboard clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Lab Testing Services, IT connectivity, Billing and Logistics.
• Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
