Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to join a fast-growing team supporting a major automotive client, delivering native mobile experiences across customer-facing apps. You will mentor developers, shape scalable mobile architectures, and leverage AI tools through the SDLC.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design, product, backend, and platform teams, with opportunities to work across multiple strategic initiatives and gain visibility with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and mentoring developers.
• Ability to discuss practical AI usage throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Comfortable using AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and system design.
• Bonus: Experience with TCA.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain native mobile applications for customer-facing experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, backend teams, and platform teams.
• Translate functionality between Android and iOS platforms when appropriate.
• Contribute to commerce, engagement, rewards, events, and ownership experiences.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve quality and delivery velocity.
