Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to join a fast-growing team supporting a major automotive client, delivering native mobile experiences across customer-facing apps. You will mentor developers, shape scalable mobile architectures, and leverage AI tools through the SDLC.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design, product, backend, and platform teams, with opportunities to work across multiple strategic initiatives and gain visibility with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and mentoring developers.
• Ability to discuss practical AI usage throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Comfortable using AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and system design.
• Bonus: Experience with TCA.

As a Lead Mobile Developer supporting this Big 3 automotive giant, you will join a rapidly growing team focused on enhancing native mobile experiences that drive customer engagement, vehicle ownership experiences, rewards, events, commerce, and digital services. The team supports multiple strategic initiatives and developers may contribute across several products based on business needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed bachelor’s degree (ideally in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, etc)
• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and mentoring developers
• Ability to discuss practical AI usage throughout the software development lifecycle
• Comfortable using AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and system design
• BONUS: Experience with TCA
