The role requires deep mobile design expertise, senior IC experience, and the ability to translate research into compelling, intuitive experiences. Onsite in New York, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and design excellence.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing consumer mobile products with a strong visual craft.
• Proven track record leading complex product design projects as a senior individual contributor.
• Strong interaction design skills that simplify sophisticated experiences.
• Ability to translate research and feedback into clear design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across spending, savings, and investing experiences from concept to launch.
• Create polished mobile experiences with emphasis on typography, layout, interaction, motion, and details.
• Translate financial concepts into clear, member-friendly experiences.
• Build compelling prototypes and iterate from feedback.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and content design to meet member needs.
• Maintain cohesive design across app experiences and elevate overall quality.
• Provide critique and mentor other designers.
