Enable Dental, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Team Manager to lead a mobile dental team delivering care directly to patients in their homes or care facilities. You will drive seamless operations, optimize scheduling, and ensure compliance while maintaining exceptional patient experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years dental experience, familiarity with mobile dentistry, and comfort using dental practice management software. Travel daily with the team is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental experience.
• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus).
• Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus).
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus).
• Familiarity with dental practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mobile dental team (Dentist/Hygienist + Dental Assistant) to deliver care on site.
• Run the team like a business with autonomy and support for decisions.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel to patient locations, and stakeholder interactions.
• Ensure compliance and top-tier patient experiences across the mobile practice.
