Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer to help grow Ring Neighbors, a hyperlocal social app delivering real-time crime and safety alerts. You will help design, implement and scale features across Android, iOS and Web, coordinating with Go and Python services and AWS infrastructure.

You will work in a fast-paced team that values robust code, clear documentation and technical leadership, shipping high-quality experiences for millions of users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
