• HEW approved Medical Technology school or US Military lab training plus 10 years hospital lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of the clinical laboratory and coordinates workflows.
• Monitors and documents performance; assists Lab Manager with evaluations and behavior expectations.
• Ensures compliance with CAP/CLIA/JCAHO and accreditation standards.
• Organizes budget planning for capital equipment, supplies, and personnel.
