Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in the Corporate Sector Technology group to design, build, and scale platform components across the ML lifecycle, leveraging AI-assisted development and enterprise tools.

You will lead integration of cloud-based infrastructure on AWS (S3, ECS, EKS, Databricks) for model training and serving, ensure secure coding practices, and drive performance, reliability, and collaboration within an agile team.

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and code-generation workflows.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data handling, security, and resiliency expectations.
• Server-side development experience including Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST, and JMS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain platform components supporting end-to-end ML lifecycle from development to deployment.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and delivery speed with peer reviews and automated testing.
• Build and manage AWS-based infrastructure to support model training and serving workloads.
• Automate model deployment, testing, and release processes within SDLC/MLOps.
• Monitor platform health and model serving infra; resolve performance and stability issues.
