Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of overall experience in software engineering, data engineering, or ML engineering.
• 7+ years hands-on in MLOps, ML platform engineering, or productionizing ML systems at scale.
• 5-7 years extracting, curating, exploring data from large sources.
• Top technical individual contributor on an ML platform, setting strategy and architecture.
• Extensive experience leading design, deployment and operation of ML platforms on AWS.
• Proven leadership establishing enterprise-wide MLOps standards and architectures.
• Deep understanding of ML lifecycle, deployment patterns, and serving frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year technical strategy and hands-on implementation of an AWS-based MLOps platform.
• Lead horizon-scanning across MLOps, GenAI, and agentic AI ecosystems and prototype key patterns.
• Design and refine CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and rollback patterns for ML/GenAI workloads.
• Define and evolve enterprise MLOps standards, reference architectures, and golden paths.
• Serve as senior hands-on technical leader, coding alongside teams and reviewing designs.
• Partner with AI Governance, GRC, and Risk to embed controls for model risk management.
