You will lead end-to-end incubations from ideation to deployment, applying state-of-the-art ML research and agentic systems to high-impact challenges at scale. Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field; or equivalent track record.
• 5+ years of industry experience in ML teams.
• Deep understanding of the ML model lifecycle for large-scale systems.
• Publication record in major ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.).
