Qualifications

• MSc/PhD in Computer Science, ML or related field or equivalent track record.
• 5+ years of industry experience in an ML team.
• Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle for large-scale systems.
• Publications in relevant ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, KDD, ACL, ICASSP, Interspeech).
• Proficient modeling with JAX, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end incubations from ideation to prototyping.
• Drive advances in applied ML research to address strategic priorities across the company.
• Lead novel ML modeling approaches and architectures for new product capabilities.
• Mentor team members and raise the bar for technical excellence.
