Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to shape the Siri platform's next generation of agent-based voice experiences.

You will design scalable LLM reasoning and simulation capabilities powering agentic interactions across Apple devices, while ensuring privacy and robust evaluation in production environments. You will collaborate with ML researchers and product engineers to translate research into deployable systems, build training/inference pipelines, and integrate agent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, ML, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Strong Python skills and at least one other programming language.
• Proven ML engineering experience: system design, training pipelines, deployment workflows.
• Deep understanding of agent-based simulation, agentic RAG systems, and LLM evaluation.
• Ability to balance long-term platform vision with pragmatic delivery in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable simulation and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based agents
• Collaborate with ML researchers to translate novel reasoning into production-grade systems
• Develop infrastructure for training and experimentation with agentic behaviors
• Integrate agent reasoning capabilities into client-side and backend environments
• Drive iteration speed by creating reliable tooling for experimentation and deployment
