Job summary

Serve Robotics is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design and scale large-scale training systems for multimodal robotics data, enabling high-performance autonomy models and efficient GPU utilization.

You will optimize distributed pipelines, work with ML researchers to refine architectures, and build tooling to run experiments, track results, and iterate quickly on new ideas across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD required in a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional ML experience in production.
• Experience with multi-GPU/distributed training environments.

Responsibilities
