Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending in luxury/hotel settings.
• TIPS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a strong first impression.
• Complete opening/closing side work.
• Design and execute seasonal and specialty cocktail menus.
• Maintain knowledge of wines, liquors and beers and make recommendations.
• Train and mentor bartenders to maintain luxury standards.
• Prepare cocktails accurately and ensure presentation standards.
• Provide exceptional service and respond to guest requests.
