Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Mixed‑Signal IC Design Engineer to join the Advanced Cores Group. You will work on high‑speed data converters, RF DACs/ADCs, and SerDes PHYs for cutting‑edge SoC products, collaborating across cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

You should have 2+ years in CMOS design and a strong foundation in transistor‑level circuits, with proficiency in Cadence, SPICE, and MATLAB. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• MS or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of CMOS design experience.
• Strong understanding of wide bandwidth amplifiers, comparators, switched capacitor circuits, precision references, and LDOs.
• Experience with Cadence schematic capture and SPICE simulation tools.
• Experience with MATLAB as a behavioral modeling tool.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a large team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of designers to implement key circuit blocks within a defined architecture.
• Work with others to understand impact of block-level trade-offs and make decisions to achieve project goals.
• Design challenging transistor-level circuits.
• Develop behavioral models for circuit blocks you design.
• Prepare design documents and conduct design reviews.
• Collaborate with layout engineering teams.
• Hands-on work in the lab alongside evaluation engineers.
