Job summary

A2G International LLC is seeking Lead Mission Systems Operators to execute remote sensing wide area data collection missions. The LMSO will lead MSOs, conduct training, and ensure safe aircrew operations on a multi-position aircraft.

Deployments rotate 2-3 months, with training in Titusville, FL, and no relocation required. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of ISR experience and at least 2 years of supervisory background, plus FAA Class III Medical, DoD clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related ISR experience.
• Two or more years of supervision or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Function safely as an aircrew member in a tactical ISR environment.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to MSOs, promoting safety culture.
• Conduct initial, recurrent, and mission qualification training.
• Perform MSO standardization evaluations, line checks, and proficiency assessments.
• Operate and maintain air surveillance and reconnaissance equipment; experience with ISR systems.
