Job summary

A2G International LLC seeks Mission Systems Operators (MSOs) to execute remote sensing wide area data collection missions as aircrew members on a multi-position aircraft. Deployments rotate every 2–3 months.

Standards include US citizenship, Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience, active DoD Secret clearance or higher, FAA Class III Medical Certificate, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings. Training may occur in Titusville, FL, with no relocation required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating surveillance and reconnaissance equipment.
• Knowledge of ISR collection tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Understanding of data collection and distribution during flight.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain surveillance and reconnaissance equipment.
• Coordinate real-time data with aircrew and ground assets via Link-16/mIRC or BLoS SATCOM.
• Operate ground-based communications systems and SSDL radios.
• Support mission planning, briefing, debriefing, and safety.
• Understand data collection capabilities and sensor limits.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software and maintain field logs.
