Job summary

A2G International LLC (A2G) seeks a Lead Mission Systems Operator to execute remote sensing wide area data collection missions as an aircrew member on a multi-position aircraft. Deployment rotations are 2-3 months, with training in Titusville, FL; relocation not required.

The LMSO will lead MSOs, conduct training, and coordinate with pilots and processing teams to ensure mission success while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six or more years of related experience.
• Two or more years of experience supervising or leading teams and projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned MSOs while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Conduct initial, recurrent, and mission qualification training.
• Operate and maintain various air surveillance and reconnaissance equipment and data links.
• Plan, execute missions with site managers, pilots, and processing teams.
