Job summary

Faulconer Construction seeks a Project Manager - Mission Critical to lead complex projects from inception through completion. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while coordinating with Owners, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors.

The role requires a strong background in construction, good communication within a large team, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
5+ years working in a construction environment.
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks quickly and accurately.
Detail oriented and organized.
Ability to communicate effectively within a large team setting.
Previous experience working on Mission Critical construction projects.

Responsibilities

Participate in scope reviews and handoff meetings.
Partner with Operations and Estimating to finalize contract scope.
Maintain understanding of contract requirements for compliance.
Coordinate with accounting for Bond and COI as required by the Contract.
Conduct project meetings and prepare/submit reports and submittals.
Produce and maintain project schedule with regular updates.
Manage payment applications and process invoices for payment.
Maintain project documentation and cost-to-complete forecasts.
Coordinate large material orders and subcontractor management with Superintendent.
