Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years construction project management experience.
• Familiarity with safety in construction and standard processes.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks quickly and accurately.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scope reviews and handoff meetings.
• Finalize contract scope with Operations and Estimating teams.
• Ensure contract compliance for project and subs.
• Coordinate bond and COI requirements with accounting.
• Lead project meetings and prepare/track schedules and budgets.
• Issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and manage submittals/RFIs.
• Prepare cost-to-complete forecasts and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with Estimating on change orders and pricing.
• Coordinate large material orders and subcontractor management.
• Support hiring and performance management of project staff.
