Job summary

Bartel Executive Search is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to direct delivery of a large-scale mission-critical facility for a leading technology client. You will guide the project from early planning through commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes and serve as the primary bridge between client leadership and design, engineering, and construction partners.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of MEP systems and high-reliability

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience on large facilities.
• Experience delivering via design-build or collaborative delivery methods.
• Direct client/owner coordination experience on major projects is valued.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site/civil, structural coordination, and high-reliability infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from design development through construction completion and turnover.
• Establish and maintain project execution strategies, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate between client stakeholders, project partners, and internal leadership.
• Oversee installation and integration of MEP systems and critical facility infrastructure.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead risk management, reviews, and change control.
