Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Sullivan, IN leads data center construction projects and seeks a Superintendent with strong safety leadership and site-operations experience. You will manage field activities for 100k sq ft+ facilities, coordinating subcontractors and schedules from day one.

You will ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards, and work with project teams to meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction experience as a superintendent on data center projects (100k sq ft+).
• Willingness to work on Sullivan, Indiana site with travel stipends every other weekend.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling software.
• Current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Physical ability to stand/walk long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award reviews to obtain project details for preplanning.
• Assist PM in scheduling activities, staffing plans, and equipment needs.
• Direct construction activities to meet specs, schedule, and profitability targets.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate their work with timelines.
• Promptly inform supervisors of schedule changes affecting costs or timelines.
• Prepare and review job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Approve requisitions, field PO's, invoices, and significant reports.
