• Is personally committed to disciple making.
• Will prioritize equipping God’s people to become more like Jesus and to serving Him as His hands and feet in the community.
• Will provide leadership development for current and future leaders.
• Is experienced in pastoral care.
• Personally aligns with our Statement of beliefs and Restoration Movement principles and ideals.
• Has a background and education within the Restoration Movement.
• Will join the elders in shepherding the congregation.
