Qualifications

• Candidate has strong pastoral leadership experience.
• Experience in building relationships and mentoring congregants.
• Willingness to work with multiple ministry teams (shepherding, youth, office).
• Academic degrees are valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit and build relationships with members, nurturing spiritual health.
• Visit and build relationships with visitors and potential members.
• Participate in Sunday worship rotations, including preaching once a month and ideally leading singing once a month.
