Job summary

Cross Creek Church in Jamestown, Kentucky is prayerfully seeking a Lead Minister who will preach Scripture with depth and practical relevance, while fostering relational discipleship and community engagement. The ideal candidate has theological training and a heart for Restoration Movement theology, with a willingness to grow the congregation and its leaders.

Responsibilities include weekly preaching, pastoral care, local outreach, ministry development, and weddings/funerals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to preach and teach biblically with practical relevance.
• Experience building relationships across generations in a church setting.
• Ability to work with elders, boards, volunteers, and staff.
• Humility, creativity, and teamwork in ministry.
• Active engagement with the local community beyond the church walls.
