Fluor is seeking a Construction Site Manager for a mining project based in Elko, Nevada. You will lead all construction activities, overseeing EPFC work and ensuring alignment with contract requirements, schedules, and budgets.

The role requires extensive experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of safety, quality, and project controls. Strong ability to manage complex, multi-location teams on large-scale projects is essential.

Formación

• Accredited four-year degree and 20+ years of related experience, or 24 years if not degreeed.
• Strong communication with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors and partners.
• Technical knowledge to complete the job and apply local/state/federal guidelines.
• Detail-oriented and time-conscious in delivery of project objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project execution in conformance with contract requirements and company policies.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts for the construction scope.
• Coordinate alignment across project phases, departments, and locations.
• Direct site activities in accordance with the Quality Program and safety standards.
• Oversee communication among site, offices, and stakeholders; ensure compliance with all requirements.
