Job summary

• Three years of experience in building materials, mining, or aggregates.

Responsibilities

• Communicate standards of excellence through goals, daily interactions, team meetings.
• Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately.
• Assist in training co-workers and provide input on performance evaluations.
