Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field.
- 5+ years in mining geology or ore control.
- Experience with grade control programs, blast hole sampling, geological modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with operations, engineering, and geology teams.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Lead ore control and grade control programs to classify ore and waste.
- Oversee blast hole sampling, geological mapping, and data collection.
- Supervise and mentor junior geologists.
- Coordinate field activities and liaison with mining operations.
- Prepare QA/QC, data management, and reporting.
