Job summary

PADNOS is seeking a Millwright II to install, maintain, and repair production equipment, diagnosing complex issues and documenting procedures. You will interpret blueprints, lead maintenance efforts, and mentor Millwright I staff while supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires advanced mechanical/electrical knowledge, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently or in teams, with travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machine repair experience with proven performance.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and basic control systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Safety certifications including LOTO and hot work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair machinery per blueprints and schematics.
• Diagnose failures and perform mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations support, and product development to ensure uptime.
• Develop and document maintenance procedures for new jobs and rebuilds.
• Train and mentor Millwright I employees and lead projects as needed.
• Enter work orders, track repairs, and manage spare parts in systems.
• Support safety initiatives and investigations related to equipment downtime.
