Job summary

Quality Employment Service, Inc. seeks a Millwright Apprentice for the night shift to support installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. You will work with skilled millwrights and gain hands-on experience in mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication.

You will develop skills under experienced professionals while contributing to safe, efficient plant operation and reduced downtime on the night shift.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the millwright trade.
• Ability to read safety procedures and technical diagrams.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Welding or fabrication experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Millwright Apprentice to join our maintenance team for the night shift. In this role, you’ll assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. You’ll work with experienced millwrights while developing your skills in mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication.
