Qualifications

• 7+ years of carpentry experience in high-end residential or custom home building.
• Master-level skill in frame-to-finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, and detailed custom work.
• Proven experience in leading crews and managing job sites.
• Strong knowledge of residential building codes, best practices, and construction techniques.
• Ability to work 40+ hours a week.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong references that will support your work history.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform high-level carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, millwork installation, cabinetry, trim, and custom built-ins.
• Interpret and execute architectural drawings, blueprints, and detailed shop drawings accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to maintain efficient jobsite.
• Oversee crew and ensure quality standards are met.
• Enforce safety practices and maintain a clean, organized job site.
