Scientific Research Corporation is hiring a Lead System Administrator to support NET development, instructor activities, and lab environment configuration. The role requires overseeing enterprise IT infrastructure, server/workstation baselines, and Tier II/III support for DoD-related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of formal Military/DOD intelligence, communications, or information technology training.
• 12+ years experience in a directly related system administration, network engineering, or technical instructional role supporting U.S. military C5ISR, tactical, or intelligence systems.
• Lead System Administrator experience including enterprise IT infrastructure, baselines, user administration, and Tier II/III support.
• Experience configuring training environments and delivering technical instruction to military operators and administrators.
• Experience leading enterprise network troubleshooting, including switch configurations, routing, and firewall management.
• Operational compliance with system accreditation baselines and security controls.
• Designated DTA experience coordinating secure cross-domain file transfers per DoD/NSA policies.
• Experience executing system admin testing, fielding support, and quarterly patching.
• Managing privileged access for classified systems per DISA STIGs and DoD regulations.
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD IAT Level II.

Responsabilités

• Lead as the primary system administrator for NET development and instructor activities.
• Provide Tier II/III help desk and system administration support, leading network troubleshooting and firewall tickets.
• Conduct sysadmin testing, support fielding events, and perform quarterly security patches and baseline updates.
