Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation seeks a senior, highly qualified professional to lead NET development and instructor duties for USMC POR equipment. The role includes developing curricula, delivering classroom and practical training to military operators and analysts, and coordinating with Government stakeholders.

The position also covers Tier II/III help desk support, operational testing, and management of IBS and classified materials per DoD policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or formal DoD training in intelligence or communications.
• 14+ years experience in operator/analyst or instructional role supporting U.S. military C5ISR, SIGINT, or intelligence systems.
• Experience leading NET development for tactical or intelligence systems, including curriculum design and coordination with Government stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience as primary curriculum developer and instructor for military operators and analysts.
• Experience providing Tier II/III help desk support for technical issues, incident response, and escalation.
• Demonstrated experience as an application tester with operational test procedures and user acceptance testing.
• Experience coordinating Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) activities and liaising with external agencies.
• Classified materials manager with DoD policy/regulation compliance.
• EKMS manager handling keying material receipt, inventory, reporting per COMSEC policy.
• Managing roles for classified communication systems per NSA/DoD directives.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 certification.

Responsibilities
