Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health invites a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery physician to join our Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. You will provide expert surgical care using advanced laparoscopic, robotic-assisted, and hysteroscopic techniques for complex benign gynecologic disease.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution with OB/GYN training.
• Fellowship in MIGS from an AAGL-recognized or equivalent program.
• Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG or AOA).
• Experience with high-volume laparoscopic and robotic gynecologic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex laparoscopic and robotic surgeries for benign gynecologic disease.
• Lead outpatient MIGS clinic and pre/postoperative assessments.
• Educate residents and fellows; participate in teaching and scholarly activity.
• Collaborate with Oncology, Urogynecology, Colorectal Surgery and MFM on complex cases.
• Contribute to ERAS protocols, quality improvement, and program development.
