Job summary

LCA Lab. Corp. of America is seeking a Lab Supervisor for their San Diego facility. This role requires oversight of laboratory operations during the second shift, ensuring accurate test performance, staff training, and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least an associate’s degree in a relevant field, a CLS license, and knowledge of CLIA regulations. Benefits include medical, dental, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a Chemical or Biological Science required.
• Four or more years of experience as a Technologist/Technician.
• CA State CLS license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
• Ensure tests are accurately performed and results reported timely.
• Directly supervise and train laboratory personnel.
