Job summary

A leading medical laboratory in San Diego is looking for a Supervisor, Analytical Laboratory to oversee testing personnel and ensure compliance with CLIA regulations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, a current California CLS license, and supervisory experience is highly preferred. The position offers a salary range of $125,000 – $135,000 along with benefits like health insurance, 401(k) match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience post-CLS/MT license.
• 6+ years CLS/MT experience with a Bachelor’s is preferred.
• Education combinations of Master’s or PhD with lesser experience are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise testing personnel and report laboratory test results.
• Ensure completion of documentation for anomalies.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
