Job summary

Harris Health seeks a seasoned MFM Sonographer Educator III to perform advanced maternal-fetal medicine ultrasound procedures under physician supervision. This role includes mentoring staff, developing best practices, and driving quality improvements within a busy academic-affiliated perinatal program.

Ideal candidates will have RDMS in OB/GYN (FE preferred), ARDMS credentials, and a strong track record in leadership, teaching, and research within MFM ultrasound.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree from an accredited medical sonography program.
• BLS from approved American Heart Association or American Red Cross program.
• ARDMS RDMS in OB/GYN and FE specialties (FE preferred).
• Cervical length certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train sonographers; lead education initiatives.
• Provide advanced MFM ultrasound procedures and QA.
• Act as department lead when assigned to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage in quality improvement and implement new protocols.
• Contribute to research projects and education presentations.
