Job summary

RANDALL Architectural Ironworks in Orlando, FL is seeking Metalwork Field Installers / Welders to join our team. You'll read blueprints, fabricate metal structures, and install finished elements on site, using TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welders and related tools.

Top candidates will lead teams, follow safety protocols, and demonstrate strong communication on projects with a focus on craftsmanship and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in metalworking trades.
Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
Experience fabricating and assembling metal structures.
Experience setting up, operating and maintaining field welding equipment (TIG, MIG, Flux Core).

Responsibilities

Work independently and lead a team.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
Layout and cross check shop setups.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures using welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
Oversee the installation of fine finish elements.
Set up, operate and maintain field welding equipment (TIG, MIG, Flux Core).
Value and exhibit safe working methods.
Communicate efficiently and effectively.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the trade.
