RANDALL is seeking Metalwork Field Installers / Welders to support projects across Florida, including Orlando. The role involves leading a team, reading blueprints, fabricating metal structures, and installing field weldments with TIG, MIG and flux-core welders.

Expect travel to site locations and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of metalwork experience, can read plans, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in metalwork trade.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Knowledge of safe welding practices and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on projects and work independently.

• Layout and cross-check shop setups.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures using TIG, MIG and flux-core welders.
• Oversee field welding installations and finish elements.
