Job summary

RDS Industrial, Inc. is seeking a dependable Field Installer to join our installation team. You will work on commercial and residential sites installing custom architectural metalwork, including railings, stairs, gates, and canopies.

Ideal candidates have construction or installation experience, can read drawings, and work well with a crew. Outdoor work, travel across Central Florida, and safety compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous construction/installation experience required or preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings and measure accurately.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights; travel may be involved.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Install railings, stairs, gates, fences, canopies, ladders, and other metal components.
• Read shop drawings and installation details; follow plans and measurements.
• Measure, lay out, level, plumb, and anchor components securely.
• Use hand and power tools; perform field adjustments for proper fit.
• Coordinate with supervisors, other trades, and job-site personnel.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area.
