• Assist Supervisors with assessing performance, training, and ensuring high quality output.
• Identify performance gaps and balance lines or product flow; cover absences as needed.
• Promote safety and compliance; model Williams-Sonoma values in daily tasks.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among associates and with other departments.
• Communicate approved information through direct channels or supervision.
