Job summary

The Christman Company is hiring an MEP Superintendent for the greater Oklahoma City region. You will lead day-to-day construction operations, coordinate subcontractors, and manage MEP systems across projects to deliver quality results safely and on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Five+ years of commercial construction leadership experience as Foreman or Superintendent.
Demonstrated experience coordinating MEP systems on commercial projects, including sequencing and interfaces.
Training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, and field operations to maintain schedule.
Oversee safety programs and enforce project safety requirements.
Manage MEP coordination, conflicts, testing, and commissioning.
Review documents for constructability and options; advise on efficiencies.
Collaborate with project teams, designers, and trade contractors to resolve issues.
