Job summary

The Christman Company is hiring an MEP Superintendent for the greater Oklahoma City region. You will lead day-to-day construction operations, coordinate subcontractors, and manage MEP systems across projects to deliver quality results safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Five+ years of commercial construction leadership experience as Foreman or Superintendent.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating MEP systems on commercial projects, including sequencing and interfaces.
• Training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, and field operations to maintain schedule.
• Oversee safety programs and enforce project safety requirements.
• Manage MEP coordination, conflicts, testing, and commissioning.
• Review documents for constructability and options; advise on efficiencies.
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, and trade contractors to resolve issues.
