Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join Champions, helping elementary-aged children after school. You will lead and mentor in the classroom, implement our curriculum with sensitivity to each child's needs, and create a safe, nurturing space for play and learning.

You will partner with parents, collaborate with center staff, and contribute to enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Possess or pursue CDA Credential; preferred state trainer approval.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• English reading, writing, speaking to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with child needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support care and education for children.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.

ECE experience (2-3 years, preferred)
