Job summary

KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to join our Champions program. You will lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You’ll partner with parents to support each child’s development and work with center staff to help achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. We offer discounted child care benefits, health coverage, and employee support programs.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy (required).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success; work with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
