Job summary

Our House in Little Rock, AR seeks a licensed clinical social worker to provide evidence-based mental health care to individuals and families enrolled in our programs. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to trauma-sensitive practices.

Qualifications

• LMSW licensed social worker required.
• 3+ years post-master’s degree experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle for Central Arkansas travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health services to individuals and families.
• Lead and supervise a team of mental health therapists and social work interns.
• Develop and evaluate treatment plans and coordinate referrals to community resources.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Engage in program development and policy adherence to ethical standards.
