Job summary

Youth Home, Inc. in Little Rock, AR seeks a licensed mental health professional to supervise and deliver group, individual and family therapy under the Residential Services Director.

You will develop treatment plans, document patient status and coordinate multidisciplinary care for an assigned caseload within a collaborative treatment team in a safety-sensitive role. License requirements include MSW with state licensure or equivalent credentials in Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified mental health professional as defined by state standards.
• Past experience in mental health and utilization of community resources is preferred.
• Must have one of the listed current credentials (as above) and be licensed in Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Conducts group, individual and family therapy.
• Responsible for treatment planning and documentation of patient status and response to treatment.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary care and service for assigned caseload.
• Functions as a member of the treatment team.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
