Perimeter Behavioral Healthcare of Forrest City is seeking a dedicated Lead Mental Health Technician for a full-time role. You will support patients through daily interactions, assess behavior, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment on the unit.
Responsibilities include training staff, conducting rounds, and orienting patients to daily living activities. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of psychiatric hospital experience and complete BLS/Handle with Care within 30 days.

High School Degree or equivalent. It is preferred to have educational or work experience in psychology, human service, nursing, or social work environments.
At least three (3) years of related experience in a hospital setting with psychiatric experience required.
Successful completion of training in BLS and Handle with Care training within 30 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
