Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade Mendix applications.
- Serve as internal SME for Mendix best practices, governance, and development standards.
- Bridge functional and technical gaps between Mendix apps and SAP back‑end systems (S/4HANA, SAP ERP).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP consultants to translate requirements into Mendix solutions.
- Drive Mendix‑to‑SAP integration via SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, and OData services.
- Mentor junior and mid‑level Mendix developers through code reviews and knowledge‑sharing.
- Contribute to pre‑sales efforts including scoping, effort estimates, and technical proposals.
- Ensure quality using CI/CD, automated testing, and Mendix performance standards.
- Support configuration management and change‑control per federal security/compliance.
