Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks an experienced Mendix Developer/Technical Lead to design, develop, and deploy Mendix-based applications across enterprise environments. You will build responsive web and mobile apps, integrate with REST/SOAP APIs, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines in an Agile setup.

Candidate should have 5+ years of Mendix experience, proficiency in microflows/nanoflows, domain modeling, and security configuration, with travel to Fremont once a week for on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Mendix development experience.
• Hands-on experience in application development, integrations, workflow automation, and deployment across enterprise environments.
• Experience in Agile environments and ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Mendix applications.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build responsive web and mobile apps using Mendix best practices.
• Develop reusable modules, microflows, nanoflows, and widgets.
• Integrate Mendix applications with enterprise systems via REST, SOAP, OData, and APIs.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support application deployment, performance tuning, and production support activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
